"We had dirty sheets upon check in and requested a change. Sheets arrived after 6pm, the wrong size, had to request king size sheets. The shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower were empty. "

They had bagged cookies available upon check in, which went quickly, but the text message with our room number and passcode never arrived so the front desk had to write it down for me. The only downside was breakfast which was out of waffle batter and bacon and running low on eggs. We were there before 8am, so it wasn’t like it was the end of their breakfast time, just no attendant in sight. "

"I absolutely loved staying at El Amador Inn! The room was beautiful and the location is super convenient. I loved how quiet the room was and felt very safe traveling solo. A couple of things that I didn't like: I never received check-in instructions and had to call from the front of the inn to get a code. I also never received check-out instructions until 11 hours after check-out time! It said I would receive them the day before I checked out. The staff was friendly, but this seems like very simple customer service if you aren't going to have a check-in desk?"
