Bry in the office was extremely sweet and helpful, and housekeeper very nice too. We were on the bottom floor because I'm disabled and we stayed 3 weeks and have at least 7or 8 different people above us that were so noisy beyond reason. Pacing back and forth from door to kitchen... stomp stomp for hours, then last people were extremely drunk and jumping up and down where we thought the light fixture was rattling like it was coming off ceiling. Toilet smelled bad of sewer. Please consider getting king beds and our stay would have been much more comfortable. Overall great price and having fridge and microwave saved a lot but if we were there for a short time i would have been very disappointed .

Staff is less than adequate and rude. Booked a premium room and they gave me a handicap standard room. When I talk to the manager about it, she was very argumentative and not very willing to fix the situation. Also find it very inconvenient that the office is only open from 11 AM to 7 PM.

I found it odd that InTown Suites has a kitchenette but provides no pots or pans, plates, cooking utensils, or silverware. Did you think your guests would pack these items with their luggage or go out & purchase them???

Overall, a very pleasant stay. Plenty of noise from unmufflered traffic on W Ina Rd, and minimal or no sound insulation between walls and ceilings; bring earplugs! I suggest that Intown should supply hand towels in kitchenette and bathroom.

Sehr angenehme Wohngelegenheit

Ich war eine Woche in Tucson, AZ. Das Hotel war sehr angenehm. Vor allem die kleine Küche habe ich beinahe täglich benutzt, womit ich viel Geld sparte, indem ich nicht jeden Tag außerhalb essen ging. Der Parkplatz war kostenlos und direkt vor der Türe. Auch sas Waschen ging reibungslos. War sehr froh von diesem Luxus profitieren zu können.

I liked the location of the hotel. What I did not like is the cleanliness of the room. My room was supposed to be non-smoking; however, as soon as I entered into it, cigarette smoke just enveloped me. Secondly, the couch and the air-condition box were both dismantled - the room was just not ready to be occupied; after I called for rectification, there was no apology or anything like incentive given for the inconvenience caused; just some flimsy excuses given. Thirdly, the cushions on the couch and chairs in the room all look very unclean/dirty. Fourthly, as I occupied the room, I kept seeing and killing baby roaches - I saw one, then two, then more each day; extremely troubling. I did not call to report it because I knew nothing would be done; just excuses will be given. In my opinion, the only time you want to stay here is when and if you do not have a choice financially; just like me.

After hours check in would be beneficial. As a construction crew, we sometimes travel and we arrive after 6pm. We could not make it on time and no one would answer the land line when we called to advise we were close by. I also wrote to them a day before and still no answer.

Was not triple cleaned as stated, bathroom was dirty. Don't plan on having towels, or anything to make your stay convenient, they're not supplied. Don't expect the room to look as nice as pictured either, they're not. Cheap metal bedframe and very uncomfortable beds. Wasn't expecting to have to buy towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and a coffee pot while on vacation. This is not a hotel for a family to stay at, this is more for people who need immediate housing with no credit check. Do yourself a favor and stear clear of this place.

We stayed here for a week because of the kitchenette available. The pictures were deceiving in that though there was a full fridge, microwave and stove, there were no kitchen pots and pans or plates or silverware. In order to cook we had to go to the second hand store and purchase plates, silver ware and a fry pan and pot. The mattress was too hard and couch was wearing out but otherwise it was a fairly nice room to spend the week in. The front desk staff wouldn't fix the closed caption on our TV nor provide a second roll of toilet paper nor liner for the waste basket.The assigned day for our cleaning was missed, so we went a week without any cleaning service.
