Absolute heaven on earth! Chabely and Snow did everything possible to accommodate us; from organising airport transfers, a cenote tour, private chef, scooter and ATV hire, restaurant bookings and looking after us beyond check out time. This made the experience extra special and effortless. We have never felt more relaxed on a holiday. We are a family of 5 Aussies with three young daughters. First time in Tulum and loved everything it had to offer. The only downside was ‘seaweed season’ The ocean wasn’t what we were expecting, however having the pool right on the sand more than made up for it. The villas are in a perfect location, great food and coffee all around. Can’t wait for our next trip!
