“The staff did not clean my room once during my visit after I requested multiple times. Each time I let the staff know to clean my room it wasn’t cleaned when I got back at the end of the day and the last day I was even refused towels.”

Nos tocó una habitación dónde todavia había ropa de los huéspedes anteriores y había polvo en varios lugares. Las ollas y sartenes no son los adecuados para el tipo de estufa y tuvimos que pedir un utensilio adicional para poder cocinar. Se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones y no pudimos descansar.”
