“I loved this place, however it would be best if they could offer at least basic coffee in the morning so we don't have to wait until we go out to have coffee. Also, they could add a jacuzzi for the ones that loves relaxing on the jacuzzi like I do even when is very hot”

“reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. “This is our third time staying at the Kiki. We keep returning because of how consistently well kept, clean, and organized this apartment is. The communication with Oliver is outstanding. He always meets our expectation, and travelling as a family, sometimes we have a lot requests. The pool was necessary because of the seaweed at the beaches! We look forward to returning. ”

“There is hair on my bed sheets that is not mine. The place is old and basic with a lot of mosquitoes and a dead cockroach. Room is dim and aircon is not cold. The link from the booking is also wrong. There is no “boutique” word on the actual site so it’s quite confusing. Oh yes, the band next door played till past 11pm!”
