“Second time staying at the Hilton Tulum. The staff is great. Daniel took great care of us at the pool and Dani from the entertainment team gave us so fun at the pool. Also had the opportunity to take a spin class in the pool. That was not on my bingo card for 2026 but so much fun. Food is always a struggle as there was no buffet offered at night, all restaurants require a reservation and the food is not it. Also there is an increase in wildlife on the property that was not there 4 years ago....

“Food was great, property was clean, staff were helpful and kind, showers are fantastic, and we would go back with the following knowledge- Distance- this property is large and many rooms are a solid 1/2 mile walk to the main food and amenities. We had to get a new room for my 85 year old mother who could not walk that far. The rest of us just got blisters. Shuttles are available but wait is often more than 20 minutes. “Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience. Francisco at check-in was great, as was Juan at check-out. Efrain with VIP services was helpful and made our stay better. Alexandria was our concierge and she made sure we had everything we needed, from room maintenance to making reservations for dinner at the Japanese hibachi experience. “We knew after booking about the “under construction “ which we thought was about the swim up rooms. But we are on vacation and wanted to make the most of it. However, the vacation vibes were ruined due to the LOUD construction scene which was heavily consisted of jackhammer and concrete dust flying everywhere. The food is mediocre. The only place about this resort is the staff.”

“This was an incredible stay. We travelled with a 3mo and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. We felt very welcomed, comfortable and safe. Loved this property. The room was clean, food was nice, the pool was super fun with lots of activities throughout the day and a family friendly environment. My only tip would be to go to the buffet early so you don't have to worry about lineups. Even though we got to the buffet late a few times, it wasn't too bad. Would definitely recommend”

“This place was very tranquil and peaceful—- loved it. Staff was very hospitable and gracious for your presence. Food was delicious and drinks did not disappoint.”

“The facility was not accommodating to handicapped customers. There was no room service and I had to ask permission to bring food to my room for my mother who could not walk from the lobby to the restaurant. There was no wheelchair available for her. The air conditioning did not work that well. The staff was friendly and they did all they could. However I do believe there was a lot of miscommunication.”

“We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!”

“Nomad is actually close to you actually are staying with Be Tulum. Be Tulum was a very nice hotel but there is hardly anyone staying there. Free breakfast was delicious but drinks were pricier. $25 usd for a mimosa. I’d recommend staying and eating elsewhere.”

“This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Amazing staff ready and willing to help plan excursions, rent bikes/scooters, and their Partnering transportation service (5 stars as well). The food at the restaurant was delicious, every inch of the property was just peaceful and serene like being in your own world. Very zen! A great way to unplug from the noise of the world (no tvs) and unwind. Loved our stay. And cant wait to visit again.”
