โCinque stelle meritate, faccio prima a commentare quelle che per noi sono gli aspetti negativi: il mare davanti รจ pieno di scogli, รจ complicato farsi il bagno, ma questa รจ una caratteristica di tutto quel tratto di litorale per almeno 3 km. Se hai una macchina noleggiata, con pochi minuti arrivi a delle spiagge splendide della parte nord-ovest. โService was great, they knew we would check in late at night and they had complimentary sandwiches awaiting us. Room was nice not really waterfront but nice view nevertheless. Breakfast served over the sea.โ
โThis property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view itโs all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasnโt offered. โ

โWe had a very pleasant stay at Lux Gran Baie. We stayed for a week at the resort and received an excellent service and careful attention from all staff both for room and food service. Breakfast had a variety of choices ranging from cold buffet, pastries and hot dishes carefully prepared by the chefs which also accommodated my boyfriendโs gluten intolerance. However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff.
We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said they would process it soon and just made us wait.
We waited for 2 hours without even unpacking our luggage, and eventually we visited the reception twice more, but it was not processed. After waiting for another 30 minutes, we made a request to the head manager and our request was processed right away.
The Chinese staff member just made us wait and did nothing, neglecting us and wasting our precious time.
I hope that he will be punished accordingly."
