"The rooms are dated and need some repair. When ordering food they put the service and government tax on the food which is fine, but when you check out they again hit you with the 2 taxes. The staff are nice and friendly. "

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the people working there are even better. We arrived late at night, due to flight delays and were greeted with two friendly staff members who had everything ready for us. They helped to book cheap transportation, get change for us to pay for transport and the breakfast was great. The location is alright, it's quite the walk to the beach though so a quick transportation seems to be the way to go. Overall we loved the stay there."

Plenty of activities for children. Ability to use the facilities of the Hyatt next door. The beach is on your doorstep. Plenty of things to do outside of the hotel, with the centre of Sanur, and the ICON Bali shopping centre a short walk away."
"Have wanted to stay at this beautiful hotel for ages. Staff are lovely and room was traditional and gorgeous. Enjoyed the day spa. Dogs barking early every morning was a little annoying but not the hotels fault.
