“No complaints at all. Pleased to be able to park on site, and use the bus service into the City. I have given 4 out of 5 because having been responsible for assessing situations in the past, I was reminded that nothing is perfect, to enable everyone to be 'kept on their toes'! Couldn't do that to the staff tho'!”

“Fantastic spa. Lovely decoration. Excellent position.”

“I have stayed here over May years. The staff are always lovely and willing to help. The rooms are clean, and having been refurbed, a great place to stay. Breakfast was really good. However, the prices seem to have increased a lot, there are much cheaper options in the vicinity, but this is somewhere I keep coming back to!”
