"The host was very responsive and was able to communicate with us using translation tools pretty easily. The location is great and the Hanok captures the feel of the village around it. Keep in mind because this is a historic building, that while there are certain modern amenities like a hair dryer, there is not a full size shower or full size towels, just hand size towels. We had a room with multiple bedrooms within the shared property and felt like we could enjoy privacy. We enjoyed our stay and...

"We enjoyed our stay here. The host let us check in early which was very kind. Our room although small was perfect for a one night stay. Everything was clean and they provide you with a lot of toiletries including toothbrushes. Breakfast is in a shared room and consists of toast, jams, cereals and coffee and tea. The hanok is located in a great spot to explore by foot all the local amenities."

"Super clean, cute hotel.
Perfect location for visiting Jeongju Hanok village.
Very nice & helpful staffs.
The free breakfast is very basic but ok.
The free laundry room located on rooftop, so if you stay at the hotel during the winter time, you will need to bundle up to do your laundry

"Clean room and great staff. Easy check in and checkout. The heated floors in the bathroom vanity section is a nice touch. Short walk from attractions with direct access to the river."
"Dana Haru Guesthouse
WOW! Words can’t express how magnificent this place and its location are. I’m a semi-retired traveler exploring South Korea for 26 days on a budget, and if I had known about Jeonju Hanok Village sooner, I would have stayed four nights instead of two.
The location is fabulous, and the guesthouse is perfectly organized with excellent communication. The area feels very safe—which may sound obvious, but coming from the United States, it’s something we truly appreciate.
The room is spacious and spotless, with a super-comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower are equally clean and modern. I loved the thoughtful hallway décor with flowers—it has a minimalist yet detailed charm that I absolutely adore.
The kitchen has all the essentials and is kept very clean. I actually felt nostalgic when leaving—there are so many wonderful cafés nearby, each with its own character.
I truly plan to return within a year. Jeonju has become one of my favorite spots in all of Korea. 🌸"
