"The room was nice and the hotel is great. Don’t bother with the breakfast add on. For the about same price you can get a much nicer breakfast a short walk down the road. Lots of nice cafes are open for breakfast and what they’re serving looks more enjoyable."

"I was impressed with our stay at this property. The facility is lovely. I have only 2 small complaints. First the AC in the bedrooms was loud when it kicked in and woke us several times during the night. The second was the shower door glass was 'hazy' due to hard water stains. It seems to me the cleaning staff could do a better job with the shower glass. Aside from that the kitchen was well supplied, the beds very comfortable and the room clean. I will definitely stay there again."

Walnut Beach Resort

"I did a solo trip to Walnut Beach resort and the facility exceeded my expectations. The resort is very private with a beautiful sandy beach, lounge chairs, and palapa umbrellas. The pool was lovely and warm and there are 2 jetted hot tubs. Both the pool and hot tubs had views of the lake. There are racks provided to store personal kayaks and paddle boards, and a convenient dock to launch from. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. There are games like ping pong, bocce ball, and corn hole on the grass, and table and chairs where you have a picnic meal. 4 Napoleon bbqs are available for personal use. The gym was well equipped and the restaurant served great food. I stayed in a studio suite which had a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The king bed was so comfortable and the room very clean. The only thing they did not have was Neflix for late night tv watching. I did not have to move my car from the covered parkade the entire time I was there. Someone else reviewed that it felt like a Mexico beach vacation and I couldn't agree more. I would highly recommend and definitley plan to return."

Sandy Beach Suites

"Excellent location, delightful suite. Balcony lakeside and washer and dryer both a boon. Full sized fridge. All clean and functional. Quibbles? Bathroom tub faucet and shower head malfunctioning. Need replacing Nd upgrading. Bedroom fine, but A/C in adjoining room and only one window opened so no through draft. May be a problem in hot weather. All in all though a lovely property in a fabulous location. Superior stuff."

Westridge Motor Inn

"We chose this Inn for it's easy access to 2 main highways, Osoyoos Lake and the Main Street of the town. Our room had been refreshed with paint, flooring and blinds, including a blackout roller blind. The bathroom had been completely renovated. We had a convenient kitchenette that provided a bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and an induction burner, along with plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. We had 2 queen beds that were very comfortable, along with 4 pillows per bed. A/C and heating available on demand depending on the season and a ceiling fan to provide air movement. The swimming pool and surrounding deck area was great. Lots of chairs, tables and loungers with cushions, that you could move around to enjoy the sun or shade. A convenient washroom and outdoor shower were close at hand. Unfortunately, during our stay the hot tub and ice machine were not available, as they both were in need of service. The owner is a lovely man who is fully invested that his guests are happy and taken care of, and that his property is in good repair. And that hot tub, before we left, plumbers had spent 2 days doing maintenance and repairs to the hot tub. He was in constant contact with them. The only thing that I would suggest, for safety purposes, would be grab bars in the shower/tub surround, or at the very least a non-slip bath mat for the tub floor. Majority of guests are seniors, and the lovely new tubs are tall and deep."
