"Modern, comfortable hotel in a great Bangkok location I really enjoyed my stay at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit. The hotel feels modern, upscale, and very well maintained. My room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious without being overly formal. The location was very convenient for exploring Bangkok, with restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and public transportation nearby. It was easy to get around the city while still having a comfortable and relaxing hotel to return to. The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok."

"The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and gym are nice. Neither is big but neither seemed crowded. The location is excellent. The Starbucks in the lobby is very handy and was open 20 hours a day."

"We stayed from 1–12 July, occupying 4 rooms, and despite my very complicated bookings (multiple agencies, duplicate reservations, cancellations, refunds, and constant changes), the team made everything effortless. Parry, the Relationship Manager, patiently coordinated every booking and refund. Nats meticulously sorted our final bills, receipts, discounts, and even recovered items we left after checkout. Dai and Pie were endlessly kind and helpful day and night, while Ice, Annie, Glorie, Micky, and Riae provided outstanding service throughout a very busy weekend. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Beautiful hotels are easy to find; exceptional people are not. Thank you all for making our family holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to return!"
