“The property is right on the beach
Beautiful water/sand
The beach itself had lots of sargassum which was not regularly removed
Did not have service on beach
Instead have to go and order at bar
Also no table service , which I found irksome
You order food at bar and bartender places order and then brings you a paper bag with your food .hmmm.
The condo itself was huge amazing
Had a washer/dryer which was really nice
Excellent easy instructions for checking in”

“Great location! Sapphire Beach area is fantastic for hanging out, cooling off, snorkeling, beverages and food, etc. The property staff were on top of everything and very helpful when needed. The unit was clean, set up, and ready to go. Highly recommend!”

“The listing on this property was nothing like the actual condo. The place was dirty, there were pieces of a broken light bulb in the bathroom, hair in the corners of the rooms, and a ton of COCKROACHES. No, I’m not talking about the big water bugs, I’m talking small, nasty breeding roaches due to poor cleaning and lack of pest control. They were in the kitchen drawers and would go scurrying the second the lights turned on. The property manager offered me a credit to come back and stay another...
