Great location on the side of the loch. Very comfortable beds, and the room was super clean. Nice breakfast too.
Only feedback would be that a mini fridge in the room would be nice.
Enjoyed a whisky, sherry and shortbread on arrival, room clean, enjoyed sitting in lounge with amazing views, as not financed you can bring your own drinks, hotel provides glasses and ice, breakfast good
Staff friendly
Beautiful location and views, plenty of parking,
Room was clean, check in ends at 7 so just me mindful at that the hosts were kind enough to call and wait for us.
Great staff, breakfast and welcome drink. Rooms perfect with all the facilities you need. The team from welcome to leaving were brilliant. Highly recommend
This hotel looks a bit dated from the outside but is very nice inside.
The room I had was compact but very newly decorated and had a nice view of the loch.
The hotel is a short walk to town for meals and the in-house breakfast is good
The room was comfortable clean and had what you wanted I asked for milk and it was no problem staff were friendly but the breakfast let it down no gluten free options other than the cooked breakfast overall a pleasant stay
Room was lovely and clean. Small, but had everything we needed. Great view over Loch Broom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. Parking was free and right in front of the hotel.
This was a great visit. Host was very helpful. The room was spotless and up-to-date. The lounge and outside seating areas with a view of the water were added bonuses. Be aware that if you are walking from the ferry with a suitcase, it's a bit of an uphill trip of about 20 minutes. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for others.
An immaculately clean small double room, with a beautiful view of the loch.
Delicious breakfast, speedily served despite most guests all arriving at 7.45.
Check out was not open before we left, but keys could be left on the desk.
Good parking, property was close to the main town(could easily walk in 5mins)
Comfortable communal sitting area with sofas, armchairs and tables. Bedroom was small but warm and cosy. Ensuite was small, especially the sink. Breakfast the next morning was excellent.
A great location for an overnight stay prior to catching the ferry the following day to Lewis and Harris. Our room was very small and pretty expensive. But we had dinner out in Ullapool, and an early start, so were not in the room for long. Breakfast was lovely.
