“Nice!”

“In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive. Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”

“It’s a little further out from downtown, but the staff was great and the rooms were clean. It was extremely expensive for that evening.”

“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

“깔끔하고 방도 넓고 친절합니다. 1층 식당도 음식이 괜찮았던 것 같습니다.”

“Staff went above and beyond. John and James (shuttle drivers) were so amazing and kind. The check-in and out staff were wonderful and so helpful. And even the maintenance man was awesome. Thank you all, I hope to stay here again.”

“Received wrong room once arrived which I payed more for told to take up with third party not to mention many safety concerns as well as filthy elevators”

“Worst hotel zi have stayed in. The whole hotel smelled like pot. I asked for a walk in shower because I had back surgery and am on a cane. They said yes to the walk in shower and sent me to the furthest room and it had a tub. We got another room with the correct shower and it was the opposite end. Then the design of the shower was terrible. Water ended up all over the floor and seeped out under the bathroom floor. Staff couldn't care less. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again”

“Good 👍”

“Excellent Hotel! Very nice, clean, cozy, and super friendly staff! Great location for Cleveland Clinic and walking distance to each building. Would highly recommend!”

“Very clean room and hotel is absolutely beautiful! We were there for four days. Having to use a valet for parking was something we were not accustomed to. Very nice, inconvenient at times. It took a little extra planning for when we needed the car. We DID walk around quite a bit, so great location!”
