However; the elevators suck, extremely slow, and the room we got was very small, and lacked ventilation. If the room was slightly bigger, maybe with the bathroom in a separate room, and not next to the bed. It’d get 5 stars. "

"Glad for luggage check in option. Sheet had stain on it and needed to be replaced. Hard time getting prompt resolve on this. It is probably a UK thing, since none of the other hotels we stayed at had washcloths either, just an FYI. Breakfast was good, tons of options. Overall decent place to stay. Close to restaurants, the Tower bridge, and the Tower of London castle all in very short walking distance. "

However, the last time I was here, I was not told that there is no desk or table in the room (premium Queen, which is what I always book - I always had a table and chair before), so it was difficult for me to get any work done on my computer.
