"The staff were wonderful and kind. The room was clean, simple but well kept, and it was a really affordable option. Right next to a train station which you can use to get into Brussels central. The buffet breakfast was lovely and got us fuelled up each morning. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff is basically nonexistent. Our towels and bedsheets had some stains on it and we tried to contact staff but no one answered. We went downstairs to talk to staff and no one was there either."

"Rooms are very clean. People were very accommodating for our last-minute stop because we had missed our flight. My only complaint would be, they offer a shuttle, but it runs like a city bus on times schedule. It is not at the airport like you would call the hotel and let them know that you’re at the airport to pick you up. It does not run like that. It runs on a schedule going and coming. So if you need to be at the airport at a certain time, you need to look at the schedule at what time the bus will run at, but as far as the hotel itself was very good."

"As you would expect from a Marriott Autograph hotel - it was fantastic. Location is good for a short walk to the tourist area, and right next to the metro. "

"Found it to be very impersonal and business-friendly, but less interesting for a family. Location is ok, on a busy street close to the metro and walking distance to attractions (about 2 km). Our room was verrrrrry quiet. The restaurant was too expensive for us - I could not justify taking our family there at the prices on offer. If we did not have teenagers with us I would have preferred a B&b for the friendliness and social interactions so easily available. The neighbourhood around the hotel is mostly EU and EU-style business buildings."

"Overall, the hotel is decent. The main issue is that it’s quite a long walk to the nearest railway station. Also, many trains that pass through this station don’t actually stop there. In my case, the train that was supposed to run once an hour simply didn’t show up. The facilities are generally in line with a three-star hotel, but the shower had very low water pressure, and the water was barely warm. The key card for the door kept not working, so I constantly had to go to the staff to have it replaced. This wasn’t just my issue — other guests experienced the same problem."
