โLovely, renovated older home. Decorated to the nines. Welcome champagne was great. Only downgrade: smallest toilet (room?) ever. Wonderful area to walk around and view homes, and very close to the art museums and the Plaza. Will stay again.โ
โThe staff was professional and empathetic. My flight was cancel at 11pm and when I called Delta there was a 4 hour wait time. I decided to go to the airport just to find out it was closed but before I left i informed the front desk gentleman about mentioned he will wait for our situation and keep our room open. We headed back and he was waiting with us by the entrance with waters and new keys. That gesture went a long way. Thank you! โ
โSmooth check-in, easy getting drink vouchers with my Silver hotels.com status, restaurant on 7th floor was nice. Service was lacking up there, but the food & drinks were good. Spacious room & comfy bed!โ
โThere is an on site restaurant available. It was actually the only part of our stay that was disappointing. The food came out all at once instead of each course being staggered and the manager just took it back 'to keep it warm'. Who does that in a high end restaurant setting?โ
โDon't often book hotel rooms as I prefer Airbnb but this one really stood out as an amazing option on a short notice trip. The room I was in was incredibly clean, almost romantic in setting, and incredibly comfortable. Personalized touches from the owners made the stay much more appealing in atmosphere and vibrancy.
