"I had an absolutely amazing view of Porto from my room. I had to be careful with my hotel room door though. I am used to a hotel room door closing behind me but the door to my room would not close unless I pulled it all the way shut, which caught me by surprise a couple of times. The staff was very kind and professional. The hotel is centrally located. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This was a beautiful hotel with a kind and very attentive staff. Breakfast was superb and location was magical. And one day, after I had asked that the maid only do the bathroom (but she ended up doing the bed too as well as my clothes…which I didn’t want), the staff sent me a bottle of their amazing Port wine and delicious nata desserts as an apology. I loved this hotel! "

"We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel — it had everything we like and everything we needed. The room was wonderful and well-equipped with all the facilities we could ask for. Breakfast in the room was a small inconvenience since we had to prepare it ourselves, but it was only a minor distraction from an otherwise perfect experience. The staff were absolutely fantastic, with a very special shout-out to Gonzalo, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — our kids even wrote a song about him! “Gonzalo is the best, He helped us sleep, have fun, and rest!” If we could suggest one thing, it would be to add a swimming pool, which our children would have loved. Overall, we’d rate our experience 4.9999 out of 5 — so we’ll round it up to a perfect 5"
