Nasty/dirty room, run down / old room and property in bad need of renovation, not kept up well. Area and clientele sketchy. Right next to a strip club. Breakfast super basic (microwaved jimmy dean sandwiches only hot food). Not worth the price at all.

I booked on Expedia so didn't know there was a $30 resort fee (per person)...and while we were in a freeze and couldn't use anything...I will be back during warmer weather for some fun in the pool and game area! Breakfast was a huge variety! Better than any other place ...
