“I just returned from three nights at Hotel Kutko and it was a perfect experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel bar and outside area are very nice and there’s also plenty of local amenities close by. I am already looking forward to returning to Pancevo in the future and I won’t bother to research hotels this time as Kutko ticks every box. “The best hotel in the area, right at the centre of town. Lots of places to dine and wine. Live music on Saturday. Room is big and clean. Staffs are friendly and professional, they work really hard. “This is a very well appointed luxury hotel very close to the center of Pancevo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. I hope to stay again!”

“The hotel is connected to Michelin guide restaurant which is amazing for dinner and lunch ate there every night the hotel room is nice there no air conditioning you need to ask for a fan the hotel staff isn’t there much so I had do self check in when arrive besides that the hotel is good 40 mins walk to centre ”

“This apartment was very disappointing. The attendant didn’t show up for 15 minutes after our meeting time for him to let me in - I had to call him internationally to remind him to come and it sounded like he was at a bar or club. The place smelled overwhelming of cigarettes, it had no bottom sheet in the mattress, and the duvet was ripped and stained. The toilet paper ran out soon after I arrived, there were no replacements. “숙박을 하지 못했습니다. 세르비아까지 가는 시간도 너무 걸리고, 국경에서 너무 정체가 되는 바람에 도착한다해도 다음날 아침이겠더라구요. 호텔스 사이트에선 취소한다 누르는 버튼도 찾을 수 없고, 숙소 측에 전화를 걸어도 받질 않았습니다. 혹시나 전화번호가 잘못되었나 싶어 공식 홈페이지에 들어가서 확인했는데도, 역시나 받지 않았습니다. 한국시간과 유럽시간의 차이가 있는데, 이런걸 고려하지 않은채 취소, 변경이 불가능한건 불합리하다는 생각이 듭니다. 그리고 대표 번호도 맞는건지 다시 확인 부탁드립니다.”

“Great hostel in a great place. Clean bed, toilet and amazing service. My flight was too late and I had transportation problem comming to the hostel, but the manager made sure that there was some one waiting for me. I call that 10/10 service. I will definetly stay here if I ever come back to Belgrad and most important I recommend this place.”
