โProperty was very clean. Staff was available and friendly. It was nice for manage to stop and speak to guests during breakfast. Lauren was very helpful with assisting me at checkout. Her friendly personality was a great touch. Unfortunately, its hard to come across great service anymore and this location provided great customer. Thank you Lauren for all your help!โ
โThe room was clean like new one. Crew are fine and nice, breakfast was simple but good. Fireplce in the patio was nice. One thing is sound of the road is little bit loud.โ
โBooked a room for my sister and her family. For being in the Walmart parking lot, the hotel is pretty nice on the inside. The room was spacious and had enough beds for everyone. The pool and hot tub area was super nice. And breakfast had a lot of options. We will be putting other family members up here in the future.โ
โWe really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.โ
โGood breakfast options very comfortable room/suite for our family of 4 along with my 77 year old mother in law. Holland MI is 30 mins away and has more beautiful places to visitโ
โThe room was spacious, newly renovated. Nice walk in shower, bed was comfortable pillow was just so so. Rooftop bar was very nice! The area is very walkable which is why we chose this hotel. Only negative was the instruction for parking, that could use improvements. Would definitely recommend!โ
