"1000% one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at! Everything felt seamless, from check-in to the awesome food and drinks they have, social events, and the colourful community spaces they had available there. This Viajero location is making me want to try the other ones and explore more of South America!"

"This place honestly looks like it should be condemned. It was disgusting. The walls are peeling, there were 4 different types of flooring in each room, and the bedding and towels were stiff. I checked for bed bugs because the place looked so bad. I’m happy to report there were none. With each step we took, we were afraid our feet would break through the floor, it was incredibly squeaky and uneven. The outlets were inconveniently located.
We rented a total of 4 rooms and each was just as bad as...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was excellent, with comfortable rooms and great amenities that made our visit very enjoyable.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Breakfast was one of the highlights, with an amazing selection and plenty of variety to choose from.
Everything about our stay was comfortable and well managed. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!"
"Loved this boutique hotel, the courtyard area was beautiful to relax in. There was a breakfast included from 6 am to 10 am which was great for our early morning starts and even when we left at 3 am for Machu Picchu the staff had a bagged breakfast waiting for us. They were always very helpful and polite, even the chef came out to help me take my luggage upstairs to the lobby because the altitude exhaustion is no joke! Luckily they always had coca leaf on hand. Would love to stay here again!"
"If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Ollantaytambo, Lizzy Wasi in Urubamba is the absolute perfect place to stay. I stayed here for 4 nights with our family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The property itself is gorgeous and cozy, featuring a beautiful, serene garden. At night, away from the city lights, the stargazing is incredible!
A special mention goes to the food: the breakfast was fantastic every morning, and the onsite restaurant was incredible—do not miss out on their Chicha Morada! The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!"
"The only situation was that the shower was very difficult to regulate the temperature, going from super hot to cold. We complained about it, a staff went to fix it, but it continued with problems"
"Vertical Sky Suites (VSS) is an experience without parallel, in the best way. We (family of four) arrived at the base road after a taxi ride (arranged by VSS), stowed some of our extra gear at a secure storage site, then rode the last bit up on 4-wheelers with two experienced guides. Upon arrival in the main dome, we were greeted by an incredible view and the friendly hostess. We ordered dinner, were guided with care to our hanging pod, and relaxed there taking in the mind boggling views until it was time to head back into the sky dome for a delicious dinner. After falling asleep gazing at the stars back in our pod, we awoke the next day, shared a delicious breakfast, then embarked on an incredible experience - via ferrata, hiking/climbing extreme slopes while securely clipped to anchored cables - with our excellent guide Igor (extremely thorough, patient, encouraging, and fun). We then zip-lined back to the sky dome, proud, tired, and very happy!"
