“Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean.
There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule.
Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water.
The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash.
Would stay again.”

“seriously avoid at all costs! please!! i never write reviews but unfortunately this hostel was so disappointing that i felt the need to warn others.
first… no toilet paper, towels, or soap in the room when we arrived. no one was there to greet us either, so we had to wait for the staff to text us in order to find our room. and the room itself smelled like… sewer… it was so horrible.
we texted someone about the lack of toilet paper and towels and soap, and she told me she would bring them...

“This hotel was nice with an excellent view over Cusco and it is conveniently located near all the main attractions. They kindly stored our bags during our trip to Machu Picchu which was very helpful. Having said this, the breakfast was quite minimal and we did have to pay extra per egg each morning so claiming breakfast is included was slightly misleading. Also, our room had a very bad smell during our stay which we think was from the plumbing. We did try to keep the windows open but there is no...
