“Our corner room was dreamy. The natural light that filtered through the trees was everything. Walkable from train stations and close to shops, restaurants, cafes and the church tower. Amazing canals everywhere. Perfect spot for a visit to Utrecht.”

“For this type of hotel/category, there's a number of things that need improving: 1) Check-in: firstly, the hotel charges a €50-75 charge for an early check-in. This seems excessive and out in line with hotels in far more cosmopolitan cities. It's a small hotel, so room turnover etc should be more manageable. Secondly, the check-in desk is too small and ill-positioned so that when you do everyone have suddenly checking in at once, it forms a line with people not really having anywhere to...

“구시가지 한가운데 위치해서 주변 관광하기에 가장 적합한 위치였습니다. 하지만, (당연한 결과이지만) 주차장이 없어서 2분거리의 유료주차장을 다소 비싼 가격에 이용해야 했고, 주차장 찾기도 조금 어려웠습니다. 또한 이 호텔의 최대 강점이라고 다른 후기에 적혀있는, 아름다운 interior는 가격에 비해 만족스럽지 못했으며, 샤워부스에서는 고약한 냄새가 났습니다. 하지만, reception에 있는 직원의 친절함은 더할 나위없이 훌륭했으며, 샤워부스의 악취에 대해 체크아웃시 이야기 하자, 그녀는 저희에게 작은 선물을 주었습니다.”
