“Didn’t have any problems at all and would stay there again”

“We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted the Tuscany area without being in a big city. It was beautiful and we drove to some nearby villages that had the beautiful countryside rolling hills with cypress trees that are known in the Tuscany area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The chef that prepared our private dinner was so nice and the meal was wonderful. She also prepared the breakfast meals. The hotub was nice but wasn't hot just warm. The pool was nice and heated and we stayed in...

“Excellente expérience. Personnel gentil, chambre propre, petit dej agréable.”

“Very nice property and clean rooms. Restaurant on site was very good.”

“the shower was great but the water kept losing pressure every few minutes. Also we weren't told the hotel is up 2 flights of stairs to get to the lobby.”

“Wonderful accomodation”

“Staff very helpfull”

“We experienced freezing night without heat the management's explanation was rude and combative. It was not fun!!!”
