"Just happened upon this resort last minute. Such a lucky break! Loved the views. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Ate breakfast and dinner at the Pruno restaurant everyday of our 5 day stay. "I loved everything about this hotel. The property, the staff, the view, the room. I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed 7 nights to attend my daughter's wedding. The room was adorable, clean, comfortable, and had a view to die for. The bathroom was very spacious. The property is spectacular with flowers everywhere, clean, well maintained, and peaceful. We ventured out for wedding activities and a bit of shopping but stayed at the hotel most of the trip because it was so enjoyable. We had massages, excellent. We played cards on the patio at the bar, excellent service. The front desk assisted us every day with taxis, water, a fan, toiletries if we missed housecleaning. Whatever we requested, they accommodated; superb customer service. I worked with them from the States before our arrival and they arranged for a car to greet us at the airport and bring us to the hotel upon arrival. My daughter tried to talk us into changing to another hotel closer to City Center and I am so thankful that we did not. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mulino di Firenze."
