“Mi estancia en el hotel ha tenido luces y sombras. Empezando por los aspectos positivos, la ubicación es inmejorable y resulta muy cómodo encontrar aparcamiento gratuito en las cercanías. El personal es amable, se agradece contar con servicios básicos como nevera y wifi en la habitación. El desayuno es correcto.
Sin embargo, hay varios puntos que deben mejorar:

“Check-in was smooth and the first impression of the hotel was very positive. When I entered the room, it was newly decorated, modern, and looked fantastic.
Unfortunately, that impression didn’t last long. As soon as I used the bathroom, I found toilet paper stuck to the walls, along with numerous hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor. When I checked the bed, I also found two hairs in it. These certainly weren’t mine, as I’m bald.
