"I loved my stay here. It was close to everything I needed. It was by the airport, but I could get a taxi or Uber easily from the hotel. I also took the metro and it puts you off about 10 minutes away from the hotel. If you don’t mind walkingThe staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is vast and delicious. Fresh fruit every day, different types of meat, perfect for every taste. The rooms were clean. The area was safe. I will stay here again."

"I had a wonderful one day stay at this property. The staff was super nice and helpful. They talked to me in English and in Spanish. The room was super clean, the rooftop was beautiful, very clean space. Near the airport so I didn’t have to worry about missing my flight. Would highly recommend and would stay here again."

"Nice hotel fairly close to Madrid airport. Good size room and good AC. Free shuttle to airport only goes at the top of the hour though and max 20 people. Shuttle makes multiple stops at bus and various terminals so can take more time than a taxi. Forgot to report this at checkout - an odd thing happened around midnight. The room light by the entry door went on for a couple minutes and woke me up. At 1st thought maybe someone in room, but no one there thankfully and it went off."

Breakfast stands out, offering a solid variety of hot and cold dishes along with some good pastries. The location is convenient too, just a short 10-minute walk from Atocha train station. A reliable choice for families visiting Madrid!"

"Clean room. Too much light in the night as there are a couple of blue lights that are on all the time. Shuttle bus has the seats so close to each other that a standard size legs person has difficulty feeting them behind the seat k the front. All does not allow to collect points when booking outside their app. Other hotel chains like IHG, Marriott, etc do allow to collect points, so I try to avoid All hotels as much as possible."
