โWe were in Vancouver for a tennis tournament this weekend. The location of this hotel was so easy to get to and from our facility. Check in was a breeze and we were offered late check out for signing up for IHG one. The grounds are beautiful with sweeping waterfront views. The pool and hot tub were nice and refreshing at the end of each day. We forgot an item at the hotel. We called the front desk and Sheleya was able to track it down with house-keeping and called us back before we left town....
โGreat hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, Excellent decor. Breakfast station was wonderful and bar stay open till 2 PM. Highly recommend the hotel, but not near many amenities.

โThis hotel is brand new. The area is perfect and close to everything. Obviously a downtown hotel is going to have its fair share of riff raff around and you have to expect but the hotel itself is very clean, staff were awesome and the room was fantastic. โ
โThe Viking is one of the 1950s-era motels that are common on Interstate Avenue, from the days when it was one of the main arterials for visitors to Portland from the north. It has been renovated and well-maintained, though, and is a good choice for people looking for reasonably-priced accommodation in north Portland. It is very close to a light rail stop, and also to bike lanes and bicycle-friendly streets.โ
