The Hotel mag key cards kept losing their codes. Room 127 and entrance C were a problem every day. Each time I came back to the hotel I had to go to the office to get a new key card.

Room was filthy and had an odor that not even odor neutralizer that I went to the store and brought worked to get rid of the smell no remote to TV shower handle busted off completely just over all gross and disgusting staff was not helpful nor did they care that we even had asked for TV remote as couldn't watch TV with out one they didn't care our shower knob was broken off and when I asked for some air fresh or something for the horrible room smell I was told they can't do nothing so I bought some myself and that did not work

Every outdoor garbage can was overflowing with refuse. The main doors to the building I was in we’re not working and locked indefinitely. The hallways smelled of human waste.

The staff was nice and accommodating. We got to our room that was possibly already occupied. Belongings were still inside the room. I went back downstairs and told the front desk dude. Odd that no one was registered for the room. But he gave us another.

Let down...
Usually the weekends that I book here are great. This visit was definitely a let down. First, House keeping, before we checked in, didn't clean the room very well. The was garbage under the beds, and ants all over the room. We dealt with the ants, although it was very annoying. After our first night, I asked for housekeeping service to replace towels and empty garbage. I spoke to 3 different housekeepers, all whom acknowledged my request and room number. Result was that garbage was taken out, but no liners were replaced. Towels were taken, but no replacements were left in the room. I spoke to the front desk, who reported that he didn't have any clean towels available. He also reported that there were no pool towels available. After 10 minutes, he was able to find 1 towel, 2 bathmats, and 1 hair towel. Like I said at the beginning, great place to stay up to this point. This round was a let down.

Not what’s advertised
I recently stayed at the Red Line Inn in Salmon Creek, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of the property was subpar, leading to an uncomfortable stay. Despite advertised breakfast, they consistently ran out every morning, leaving guests without the promised meal. Additionally, despite being granted a later check-out, I faced constant interruptions from housekeeping and management, making the extended stay inconvenient. The closed hot tub, dirty pool, and pervasive smoking near the doors further contributed to my overall dissatisfaction. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone based on my disappointing stay. In addition, I must highlight that the room itself was dirty, further detracting from the overall experience. The discomfort extended to the bed, which was notably uncomfortable, adding to the list of disappointments during my stay at the Red Line Inn in Salmon Creek.

It wasnt a fancy hotel but an alright place to stay. Convient right by the freeway. The parking lot was very small and the room needed some repairs. The host was very friendly and they did offer a sack breakfast that was good. Overall i would stay again. The price was very reasonable and ok place to stay.

The water in the shower barely ran making it impossible to take a shower. I wasn't able to adjust the heating in the room and it was very cold. The mattress was saggy with a hump in the middle. I did speak to the front office in the morning before I left but they didn't offer any rebate or discount. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Showed up at 10 pm to check in, and waited over 15 minutes for a staff person to check me in. There were no workers in the office when I arrived. Someone only came into the office after I actually called the hotel, however they did not answer the phone. The room was clean. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, which is weird since it said it was a smoke free facility. Would not stay again as I was traveling for work and did not appreciate the lack of staff. The smoke also made it very difficult to breathe and caused me to have an asthma attack.

First, they couldn’t find our reservation. Then told us it’s fine they had no one else there anyway so they’d give us a room. Found the reservation eventually. The room was foul, the bedside lamp was rusting, there were gross stains like food drippings or who knows what on the walls. The outlet by the bed was sunken it and broken. No elevator, the carpet and walls in the main areas were so old that they had a musty smell. And there was a random guest walking the halls with no shirt and a gun on his hip.

The room was adequate but unremarkable. If I was a woman staying alone I wouldn’t feel very safe walking around the immediate area although the building seemed secure. The price was right and my bed was fairly comfortable. It was also quiet when we were there so I did sleep fairly well.

As Motel 6 goes it seemed upgraded/remodeled. The women at the front desk was friendly and helpful. No fault of the staff it was right next to I-205 so it wasn’t the quietest place but it was close to a lot of things.

Fix the phones
Service at the front desk was fast and friendly and no waiting time the room however the red message light on the phone and the one room would not shut off and the lamp in the master suite would not turn on the heater didn't seem to work in the master suite and there was only one bathroom so if you're in the master suite you had to walk through the other side it was okay it was clean the beds were comfortable that was good and the price was right for the room the TVs were nice and gave a good picture but the blinking red light on the phone so it's really annoying and constantly caught my eye tip to management fix the phones

Worst Hotel
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, sink was leaking on the floor, needle caps by the bed. No dishes in the kitchen, microwave turn table in the dishwasher and dirty. When this was brought to the front desk persons attention. They didn’t really care. Went back to the room and a guy from the front desk calls the room and I explain to him. He gets mad and tries to act tough. I ask for his name and he refuses to tell me. He said if I have something to say I can come to the front desk. So I go back to the front desk and ask for his name. He said he’s not giving me his name. I tell him I need it so I can include it in my email to corporate. He said I can just tell them “the guy at the front desk” and I don’t need his name. Then tells me he can kick me out. I laughed at him and left. Went back to my room. He calls again, tells me I’m being locked out of the room and have 10 minutes to leave or he will call the police. I told him to call them then. A little while later there’s a knock at the door. It’s 2 sheriff’s deputies. They talk to me and come in and view the room. They saw all the stuff that was reported to the front desk firsthand. They said they’ll go to the front desk with me to help me get a refund but since it’s a private business they can terminate my stay and they said that hotel is the worst in town. They get lots of calls to that property for drugs etc.

The entryway door to the hotel rooms did not close properly, making entry to the hotel rooms accessible to anyone off the street. There were sketchy people hanging around the hotel, as well as visible cosmetic damage throughout the property.

This is the second time I chose your facility. The first time was over 5 years ago, at a different location, yet there was no clear improvement... Let me start by saying that this is probably the worst place I had ever seen. First of all, there's no place to hang your clothes. Not even a hanger or a simple bar. We found some old remnants of dog feces near the top of our bed. The door to the bathroom doesn't/cannot stay open, so we had to prop it open with a trash can. It was a good thing that we got switched to an accessible room at the last minute, so there was a shower head we could use. Otherwise, we would have been standing in ankle-deep water that doesn't drain in the bathtub. When I reserved this room, I asked to be on the first floor, yet (according to the receptionist) the motel never accommodated, stating the reason that "we never got your message". The receptionist was nice and very polite though. She went ahead and switched us to a downstairs room, which was really an accessible one in order to comply with our previous request. I have no complaints about your reception service; however, Red Lion, in general, should be a name to be avoided because you would be wasting your money staying here with all the inconvenience and uncleanliness that you and yours would experience of this facility. The fact that we found dog feces on the carpet near our bed is unacceptable, among everything else- as stated above.

Received downstairs as requested for handicapped; however the room had vertical blinds that would not close all the way and could see light and things through the slats. I requested another room with "real" curtains and had to move my things. Thats why condition is only 3. Staff friendly. Parking is practically non-existant and weird shaped. Don't see how there are enough spots if hotel fills.
