“Clean good breakfast”

“Location was perfect for our 3 night stay. Staff was nice and breakfast good. My only comment was our room was stinky and dirty. I ended up getting lysol wipes and cleaned surfaces carpet stains wiping couches. Bought air fresheners, i told cleaning girl she gave me spray to use i had to ask to get room vacuumed.”

“Staff was great, room was clean and food was good”

“Room was very clean”

“The concierge was on the phone the entire time during check-in. The key cards were not properly encoded. My mother is 88 in a wheelchair on her way to LTC in the room when I went to pick up food at the front desk, when I went to get back into the room, the card key did not work. Had to go back down and get it properly coded.”

“hot tub was working well, place was clean and quiet, only lacking some tools like hair dryer, but could have asked staff. service was excellent and very helpful with everything. reflecting on overall stay experience I would come back again.”
