“Always the best around!”

“Excellent customer service! Provided service with a smile! Will return to the Hyatt Select Richmond!”

“Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!”

“My first time staying at the Omni Richmond Hotel and visiting Richmond and I loved it! The hotel is so clean, luxurious and the staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming! I had no problems while staying here at all and I would 100% stay here again 10/10! It's in a nice and lively area too and its easy to get in and out and its also really big too!”

“They held my room to 2am since my American Airlines flight was over 7 hours late. Great service and nice staff. Basic Quality Inn property but at a great value.”
