"This property is GORGEOUS and in the right are: not too in the thick of tourism, but not completely out of it. My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating. "Nous avions reservĂ© l’appartement 16 de la rue Salomone. C’etait horrible, beaucoup d’humiditĂ© (murs et sols), moisissures sur les murs, les portes ne fermaient pas tellement qu’elles avaient gonflĂ© Ă  cause de l’humiditĂ©. Le chauffe eau n’avait pas ete allumĂ© avant notre arrivĂ©e et le sol etait super sale. Nous avons contactĂ© le service client et ils nous ont relogĂ© dans un autre appartement qui Ă©tait vraiment mieux. Nous avons donc passĂ© une seule nuit dans l’appartement 16 que je dĂ©conseille...
