The “room” was a whole beautifully decorated apartment that was very conveniently located. Definitely recommend.

Our family of 4, 2 adults plus teenage boy and girl picked this unique place to stay for several days after researching over 200 different places. Were very glad we stayed here. We were brought by water taxi from the airport right to the front door dock and stored our luggage while the apartment was being readied. Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Nice amenities including: Spa for an additional charge. Boat taxi service provided by the hotel. Bar on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Felt like staying in a luxury cruise ship. Walking distance to most attractions. Take water taxi from train $8 euro.

We stayed for one week in July. The hotel is perfectly located in Dorsorduro, away from the crowds yet close to two vaporetto stops (Accademia and Zattere) and to the Accademia Gallery and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. very clean, great location, and i was at first upset that there was no window...but surprise,,,it had a giant sunroof that opened up! will return esp because of the staff. Staff went out of her way to assist in an emergency.

Spent 4 nights in this beautiful unique hotel. It’s more like staying in someone’s mansion. Built in 1400 and decorated to give you a touch of the era without over doing it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped us book cabs and tips on restaurants and nearby beaches. Breakfast in the morning was very good and it is served outside in their courtyard. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

If you have an early flight departing Marco Polo Airport, staying at this hotel is the way to go. This is my second stay in the past three months; and they did not disappoint! With their extensive shuttle service that operates from 04:40 until midnight, no worries about getting to the airport on time. This service is only 5 euros per person. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The hotel and the grounds and the whole facility are spectacular but the staff is what made it so special. Sara who helps manage the Villas was a dream and went out of her way to make our visit magical. The pool staff at the Adult pool was so kind and just wanted everyone to have the best time. Such a great place to visit.

We were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and are defiantly glad we did. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The room we had was great and the hotel staff were amazing and never hesitated to help us with anything we needed! It's also in a great location for to get to anything. Definitely recommend!

Friendly stuff and big clean rooms. Th hotel is 10 minutes driving from city center and very close to airport (about 5 minutes). Breakfast is nice but need to be upgraded.

Ask for the driver who will get you to and from the property. Our UBER driver got lost when we were coming from the airport. However, the front desk staff recommended making arrangements with Lorenzo to take us to the airport. He was efficient, helpful, and cost less. The rooms are simple and fresh.
