"We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

"Hotel is conveniently located by the premium luxury brand shopping. The stores are literally right next to the hotel. You are walking distance to everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable- vintage vibe with wood beam ceilings. The staff was helpful and after checking the young man took us to our room and taught us how to use the room card. I really like their breakfast buffet that came with my stay. It was convenient, quiet and the food was fresh. Made it so much easier so we didn't...

"After being given a very small room we were delivered to be upgraded to a much nicer room with a beautiful view and big balcony. Sadly only stayed for two nights but would have welcomed being given the bigger room on are. It’s a stunning location and the hotel is steeped in history but it’s the most expensive hotel we’ve stayed in… and in addition we had to pay extra for breakfast! Which was lovely but really £1k for a small room and breakfast not included! "
