"Beautiful ocean view, excellent breakfast and staff was very nice. Free bicycle, private beach area. Very happy we chose this hotel and it’s close and easy to get to the ports for Venice here. We have darker skin and this was the first area in Italy we went to that staff persons didn’t stare at us or blow us off. "

"Die Anlage an sich ist klasse. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr einseitig, keine Brötchen, kein frisches Gemüse. Wir werden das nächste mal ohne Frühstück buchen. Die Pools sind der Hammer. Allerdings fehlte uns hier ein Bereich für die ganz kleinen Kinder u3. Ein kleiner Wasserspielplatz o. Ä. für die kleinen wäre toll gewesen."

"Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day"

"The actual site was great. Staff were friemdly enough. Lots of hidden costs added whilst tour the air con example is €7 a day. Mobile homes are tired need renovation. No cleaner cam for 10 days then camp site tried billing us to clean it at the end. We refused has we have been cleaning it daily. Restaurants are really expensive."
