Lovely and accommodating staff. We arrived late at night, after hours unfortunately, but Victoria took care of us with detailed instructions and a video…it was perfect! My family had a blast and loved the suite. Great location.

Excellent service, nice and clean rooms. The location is perfect if you don't want to stay in the busiest areas of Venice, but you can still reach all popular tourist destination by foot.

Amazing and very knowledgeable staff, provided great recommendations. Our room was recently remodeled, great AC, best location, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Be prepared for the stairs. Pictures are the views from our room.

The hotel was excellent, clean, and the staff were very nice. The only thing that I was upset about is that when cleaning the room, our air conditioner was turned off so the room was very hot when we got back. It also was not done being cleaned by late afternoon when we wanted to come back and rest before dinner.

Clean room, the lady on reception was so welcoming and allowed us to leave our bags as we had a later flight. Great location as it's about 20 minutes walk to the centre. Only thing I would say is bring portable chargers as we only had one plug socket in the bathroom.

The Two first days without hot water to take a shower. No blanket in one of the beds, it was cold we ask for a blanket that never came. Romans are getting used to mistreat tourists as the city is full of them.

L’accueil et les conseils de Vittoria en matière de de bonnes adresses au top . En revanche la chambre était minuscule et surtout la climatisation n’a pas fonctionné. Une fournaise Nous n’avons rien dormi . Par ailleurs l’insonorisation des chambres était à peu près nulle Bref un bel endroit dans une jolie ruelle mais d’un point de vue confort assez médiocre hélas Jlp

La habitación súper remodelada, todo nuevo, muy cómoda y espaciosa. Los servicios del hotel muy buenos y Vottoria genitilissima. Para recomendar. Buena ubicación también.
