Relatively good place for short stay. Quite convenient with supermart downstairs, MD and another huge supermart nearby. Several good restaurants around and convenient bus stop in front to Venice.

Wonderful location near the train station. Convenient multiple launderettes within 2 blocks. Many reasonable restaurants nearby. Sadly few gelato shops but many coffee / pastry shops. $40 cab to airport.

This hotel has to be a joke! From the minute I got there to what transpired after I left, their service was ridiculous. They’re barely helpful! I left my driver’s licence in my hotel room. The next day, I was messaged—using the company’s own account—that I had left it behind. But when I called to retrieve it, the receptionist flat-out told me there was no record of any licence being found. I called multiple times after that and got the same answer. So who exactly contacted me from the company’s account in the first place? And what happened to my licence after they acknowledged it? Terrible service… really terrible service.

Great stay at a great hotel

Very pleased with our stay. We had a family room, but it felt more like an apartment. The main bed was massive! In another room there were 2 single beds. In the middle there was a hallway and the shower room off that. There was a television in both rooms. There was a small refrigerator in the main bedroom. The staff in reception were very friendly and helpful. They have a luggage storage room (unsecured) so we left our luggage there for free before check-in and after check-out. There’s a small supermarket next door and the bus into Venice leaves from outside the hotel every 10 minutes. There was some noise from outside due to the location which was the only downside.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel as suggested by the signage at the front of the hotel. Traffic noise all night. Flashing fire sensor directly above the bed. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Decor was poor. I was glad to leave. And the icing on the cake, my flight was rerouted and I arrived unexpectedly in Venice at 1:30am with no accommodation booked. I was charged £350 for the night at this hotel via Expedia (subsequently found Expedia advertising the hotel at £89 the following night). Really disappointed.

We have a double size bed. But it was two Small size bed. Bed and pillow hard rock! Electricity turn off when you leave, so cant charge my iPad when i was out. Cleaner was good, front desk was good.

Es una excelente opción pata visitar Venecia, el personal es muy amablela parada del camión qué te lleva a Venecia esta justo enfrente del hotel, el viaje dura 15 min. Las habitaciones muy limpias y bonitas Hay un super grande pegado al hotel cierra a las 6, y hay otro más chico enfrente cierta tarde. Hay varios restaurantes y bares muy cerca. Esta s20 min caminando de la terminal del tren

Excelente ubicación, edificio muy viejo, pero nos tocó una habitación remodelada, muy bonita. Sugiero que en el baño pongan alguna repisa para poner los artículos de limpieza personal así como agarraderas en la regadera para gente mayor. El desayuno bufet, malo, como en toda Europa.

I genuinely felt a little ‘catfished’ with this property. Check in- it was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and competent. The lobby was small and utilitarian at best but not warm and welcoming for a hotel this size. Room: Everything was clean, in fact everything felt sterile. It was all white, no pictures on any walls (even in the hallways). Beds were very uncomfortable with only one option of a flat pillow per person. It was not a comfortable bed or pillows. We did not sleep comfortably. They had one chair, one desk, one coffee machine with no cups, no coffee, no sugar or cream. I don’t even remember the last time I wasn’t offered coffee in my room. There was a charge of 3 Euro if you wanted a pod to go with the coffee maker. Hallways - to get to the rooms there were long hallways that darted in and out, and came to a common room. It really reminded me of nurses stations. In each of those rooms they also had a decent coffee maker, but again, no cups or coffee, no spoons, sugar or cream. Breakfast was decent. Plenty to choose from. It wasn’t the best I’ve had but I was happy with it. The host and staff for that room didn’t greet us and were quite cold. It’s been a very different experience from what we’ve had in Italy so far! I would not stay here again for the nights sleep and for charging for an in-room cup of coffee. The pictures on-line looked great and modern but we were extremely disappointed. Location: good for train access.

Betten sind gut. Zimmer ist genug große. Gibt es drei Stühlen und ein großes Tisch. Klimaanlagen auch gut. Das Hotel links und rechts gibt es große Supermärkte. Mit dem Bus 4L zehn Minuten direkt nach Venedig. Schütteln Bus ATVO hin und zurück Marco Polo Airport direkt auf die Hotel straße.
