This is our second time at this hotel. The first time we loved it, which is why we booked it again. The room stank this time around, and the towels we were provided were way to small for us. They wanted to charge us 10 euros for parking this time, but I refused and parked somewhere else. The only thing that was still excellent was the restaurant that is right next to the hotel, which is my favorite restaurant in Italy.

Do not count on getting a room - we never got one!

This is easy to rate and is to be a warning. When we arrived after a long road trip, we were told that there were no rooms for us as they were given to other people. It appeared they had overbooked. A group of Korean guests had arrived prior to our arrival. We were directed to another hotel, which was OK. Had to pay the "tax and fees" again, which I plan to request being refunded from the Laguna hotel. Found out later the Laguna owner is also Korean. Don't know if I can say that, but I just wanted to warn everyone who plans to stay there. Thank you.

Decent night at a good rate

The hotel and stay were good, not great. I enjoyed the Korean meal served for lunch -- it carers to the Asian tour crowd -- but it's far away from the island and getting back in the evening is neither easy nor cheap.

Great Hotel Experience!! Highly Recommended!!

Great little hotel right outside of Venice. The staff was great and very welcoming. We go in pretty late and we were starving. Luckily there’s a pizza place right next door that’s doesn’t close until midnight. There’s a bus stop right across the street that takes you directly to Venice. Very convenient. The room was clean and a decent size. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Venice!!

Economico ma molto migliorabile

L' hotel e' posizionato vicino all'uscita autostradale ma al contempo a soli 15 min di autobus (fermata davanti all' hotel) dal centro di Venezia. Hotel gestito da coreani molto gentili, e' molto economico e tutto sommato accettabile ma le camere meriterebbero un piccolo restiling. Un forte odore di cibo appena si entra nella struttura ma non crea particolari fastidio. Una grande pecca ..fornisce il servizio colazione solo ai gruppi mentre agli individuali al massimo ti offrono un caffe' ed una brioche industriale confezionata. Piccolo parcheggio privato (4 posti auto) ma nella via di fianco ci sono parcheggi liberi. Un ottimo ristorante proprio a dieci metri dall' hotel rende leggermente piu piacevole il soggiorno

Ahia... la schiena!

Accoglienza e cordialità ai massimi livelli, colazione non inclusa ma comunque offerta dall'albergo (caffe/cappuccio, brioche confezionata, acqua e servizio al tavolo con la solita cortesia), parcheggio piccolo ma gratuito... allora tutto ok? Non proprio perchè in albergo si và anche per dormire meglio a fronte di una spesa maggiore rispetto ad altre sistemazioni ed invece il materasso del ns letto era da fachiri: sottile e bitorzoloso, cosi la mattina eravamo due zombie per i dolori! Peccato perchè la struttura eccelle sotto molti altri aspetti.

Strange smell around the hotel but not wholly unpleasant. Could have done with a chair in the room and a little more shelf space in the bathroom, there was nowhere to put the soap in the shower. No breakfast offered as no restaurant but packet croissants and coffee offered free of charge.

Nice hotel close to the public transportation.

I was stayed for one night and enjoy the room. It was clean and comfortable and very close to Italian restaurant which serve the best Italian food that I have eaten in years.
