“Our stay at Il Magàn was great! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Staying in Corniglia was perfect for us, as it is the smallest and least busy of the five towns. It served as a great home base to explore between our time in the other towns. The breakfast was our favourite part of the stay. There was no additional cost (which we had in almost every other place we stayed), it offered great variety, and the portions were large! You can literally pick anything/as much as you’d like off...

“Nice hotel. VERY close to train station (50 yards). No elevator in hotel, internet spotty on 3rd floor. Breakfast typical continental however they will prepare an excellent omelet for you if you ask. Staff, especially Evelina, were super friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again. ”

“Had some difficulty getting to the right spot, maybe specific instructions where you meet would be good. It was hot when we got there and that made for 4 cranky people, but once settled, it was wonderful! Linens were offered each day, loved doing a little bit of laundry for the essentials (ring it out good or be yelled at). Host was wonderful! Would for sure stay again! ”

“Charming studio apartment located right off the main street in Vernazza. Clean, roomy and conveniently located to food, the train stations and trails to Corniglia and Monterosso. Only one downside...the stairs are numerous, steep and uneven. You might have difficulties if you have a lot of luggage or have trouble with stairs.”
