“Enjoyed our stay at the Cherokee Casino and Hotel very much. Room was perfect. We happened to also have a wonderful view. We ate at the casual food place in the casino. Parking was in the garage, so our car stayed out of the oppressive heat that day. We even played a bit in the casino.”

“We were very grateful for the evening staff member in particular. I accidentally booked for the wrong date, and when I explained the situation, the hotel staff member was friendly, understanding, and allowed us to rebook for the correct date. The room was clean enough and satisfactory for a budget hotel. Breakfast was quite good compared to many budget hotels, consisting of waffles and syrup, oatmeal packets and hot water, dry cereal and milk, and white bread for toast with butter and jelly...

“Far the best hotel in the road, i cant beleive the price. Best night ever, super quiet, super clean and a beautiful room. 100% recommend. Oh also the receptionist was super helpful.”

“The room was clean and spacious. The AC was working especially the weather was scourging hot. The receptionist is kind and approachable. There is no breakfast provided which in contrary to their ads.”

“I meed to start with the "accessibility" of the acessables. Roll in shower :great . But the beds are extremely high and a true handicap person, in a wheelchair cannot possibly get into those beds. Lower the beds off of those pedestals ...staff was great and helpful breakfasts were adequate and good. But those high beds......the downfall.”

“It's important to keep the toilet tissue stocked and ensure that the roll isn't almost empty. I went to the front desk to ask for an additional roll, but they informed me that the tissue was locked up. As a result, we drove across the street to buy a roll ourselves.”

“Pros: room was clean, had a working A/C and refrigerator. Cons: The curtains were tattered and too short for the window and barely covered the width of the window. Beds were hard. Pillows were like a rock. Only offered one wash cloth and two bath towels for 3 people. Did not offer amenities at all. There was a small coffee maker but no grounds offered and missing the glass coffee carafe. Tv remote didn’t work, microwave had a broken dent in the door and was unplugged (we were afraid to...

“Our room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We loved how the mini fridge had a small freezer. We were a little sad that the hot tub was under construction during a stay, but that would not stop us from staying again. The breakfast provided was well stocked with a variety of items and everything was fresh and hot. We will stay here if given the chance to come back to Stilwell again.”

“Don't believe the ratings for this motel. Very dirty, smelly, not well maintained. No ice machine even though there is a sign for an ice machine. Very difficult to get access to wifi. It really seemed like a low income place for people to live and that is how the people there acted.”

“The room appeared clean when you walked in, but the sheets and pillow cases smelled sour, cabinet door was broken off and slid to the side. Toilet kept running after you flushed it ( I shock the handled finally it stopped). There trash from previous guests under the bed. Staff were very friendly.”
