“Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend”

“Nice room, but the external key is tricky”

“Lovely stay here in a perfect location to explore a beautiful city. Staff were very friendly, rooms were good size with nice bathroom and buffet breakfast next door had great selection to suit all tastes. Would recommend”

“When we arrived our cases hadn’t arrived and the reception staff were absolutely excellent in helping us get in contact with the airport. Very clean hotel. Staff were all excellent. Would definitely visit here again. Just beautiful”

“This is an old apartment building converted into an aparthotel. No amenities on site, but the rooms are well sized and clean and there are many eateries and shops within a few minutes walk. Walking to Riga Old Town takes 15/20 minutes and public transport to anywhere is easily accessible. I had no complaints.”
