"We arrived at the Bob W Rome in Testaccio after an exhausting day/night of traveling from the USA. We were immediately greeted by Kunal. He had a very welcoming demeanor and a bright smile. Kunal was extremely attentive to us and allowed us to receive an early check in. This was above and beyond the level of customer service we'd expect. Kunal assisted us throughout our entire stay. He scheduled an early morning pickup for us and completely surprised me at breakfast by wishing me a Happy Birthday. His level of service deserves to be recognized."

"Our first time in Rome and glad we stayed here instead of city center. There are several restaurants and bars nearby and yet our room was quiet (which was much appreciated). Staff was helpful and rooftop bar was a nice touch for apertivo or night cap. Hotel smells lovely too Would stay again! Minor inconvenience: parking but we were directed to nearest parking garage. We tried to order room service two days in advance row but they never brought us the card to order in advance even when we went to the front desk to ask for one. Our room faxed the courtyard which I would’ve changed if we stayed more than our 2 nights bc I’m claustrophobic but it worked well for the quiet."

"Fantastic! Also very close to the Metro station (Metro Line B) so getting into the main city of Rome is very easy. I visited all the popular places without any issues. If I ever visit Rome again. I’m definitely going to stay in this hotel again. I thought I had booked with breakfast though when I booked on Expedia. Unfortunately I was told I had not booked breakfast so I paid for it while checking out. Nonetheless, great breakfast and supper. I just hope they get more gym equipment in the future."

"The hotel front desk staff was not very helpful. We had issues with the air conditioner and it was not fixed. Breakfast was good and having a restaurant on premises was also nice. The rooms were ok but one room we stayed is the ceiling looked like it had mold. It is also a bit far from the main Rome attractions."
