“The property was conveniently located near major routes off the highway. The office park location makes the property feel removed. The complimentary breakfast on-site was convenient as well. The property is aged, and rooms were not very clean. I requested fresh bedding since it did not appear that the sheets were replaced. The staff expressed that there was no housekeeping staff at the time but that they would leave the front desk to get the bedding. I ended up receiving bedding the following...

“During the staying in this hotel, I had a good experience. I'm really really saticified with this hotel and I want to recommend this hotel to someone who will visit this town. The room is large and clean, also the bed is very comfortable. The good thing is that the hotel serves the quite nice breakfast and I could always enjoy the free drinks, fruites and cookies. All the staffs were really kind and did their job well.”

“My family of four stayed here overnight as a break during a long drive. The hotel is in a quiet area and was not very busy. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. Overall, it worked well for a short overnight stay. The only minor issues were that the lobby did not smell very fresh, a few people were hanging around near the entrance, and the bathroom lotion dispenser was empty.”

The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. “The hotel is situated in a good location. There is a few restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful. My only complain is that there is no free coffee in the lobby. It is nice that they have it in the room but if the housekeeping doesn't clean your room you have to refill on the coffee or cups. “Well first of all I booked a room with a pool view. Upon arrival to the hotel I was informed that the pool was broke. Had I known this ahead of time I would not have booked there. It did not say anywhere on their website that their pool was broke. Second of all the check-in person accidentally charged my credit card $3,000. My room was already paid for Via Expedia. The only credit card information he needed what for accidentals and he charged at $3,000 on accident. Then he refers to charges...

“Staff at front desk was helpful, even at 4:30 AM. Appreciated the cleanliness, plenty of parking. Breakfast could definitely use some help!! And indoor pool area was not comfortable at all - sitting area was outside, the room was very hot & decking around the pool stayed soaked with some puddles. Overall, I give it a B+. Offer a better breakfast and I might bump it up to an A-.”

“I booked a "superior room" on Expedia at a slightly higher cost. The bill from Oneida CM said "standard room". I sent a message to OCM asking in what way my room is "superior", but I didn't get an answer. The "superior" room pictured on Expedia (with red curtains) does exist, but I was assigned a somewhat smaller room than it. All guest rooms in OCM have private baths (this is not made clear on Expedia) and I advise future guests to save their money and book standard rooms. Otherwise the...

“I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!”
