Front desk staff was Amazing!! The Room was beautiful. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was WONDERFUL. We did not use the pool this time but its always been spot on clean, warm and stocked with towels

Red Roof Inn Chicago-O'Hare Airport/ Arlington Hts
Room was very small. TV was going bad with dark screen hard to see. King-size bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was fine. No coffee maker. No iron or ironing board.

Comfort Inn & Suites Arlington Heights - Schaumburg
Room was extremely dirty. Had fast food from previous guests still in the trash that smelled horrible. Staff was rude when I called the front desk to ask for a new room.
