What a place - it was immaculate! Fantastic apartment, a 10-15 min walk to the centre of Villajoyosa. Right next to a supermarket to stock up on essentials. Had everything we needed and the roof terrace was incredible with the added bonus of a lovely pool. Would highly recommend! Some basic condiments like salt, pepper, oil, sugar etc in the apartment would have been appreciated to prevent food waste.

Stunning apartment, clean modern and fresh. Had everything we needed for relaxing, cooking, close to the supermarket and local restaurants. The lovely Sunset Bar is only 3 minutes walk and the centre and beach about 10 minutes. The pool area is spacious and the pool adequate, could do with a few more sun loungers and another double brolly. Plenty of car parking spaces. We loved it as a family of 4 with 2 young children. Will definitely be going back in October without the kids for another break.

We stayed in one of the penthouses and it was perfect. Beautiful views, so clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful, good communication. Can really recommend, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

After much deliberation, we chose this apartment, and we are so glad we did. We stayed for 7 nights at the end of August (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and our accommodation was fantastic! We checked in prior to arrival and found this straight forward. We received helpful information regarding access to our room from staff before we arrived and everything was explained clearly. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with quality appliances, effective air con, strong WiFi and plenty of crockery and glassware. We had a fifth floor room and thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and solarium. The maintenance staff kept the pool and communal areas clean and tidy and we were pleased with the shower and pool towels and toiletries provided. Despite it being peak season, we never had trouble getting a sun bed by the pool, and in fact often had the pool to ourselves. A good location too - just a short walk to the central beach and large Mercadona. We had a brilliant holiday and we will definitely return!

A spacious, clean and well located apartment (10 minutes from town centre, 2 minutes from supermarket) with everything you need for a short/long stay. You're own private garden that catches the afternoon sun, and s shared pool that is directly outside the back door. Jose communication throughout was excellent. Would highly reccomend and if I'm ever back in Villajoyosa, I'll be sure to book.

Beautiful room and location

Beautiful room at amazing value - modern and well equipped. We loved it. The pool area is really peaceful, and you’re well placed for a walk to the beach and supermarket. Only down side is the room didn’t get cleaned even though we indicated we wanted a clean, and the check in process was confusing and there’s no one on hand to ask for help.

Lovely big clean spacious garden apartment, metres from pool. Large garden area with good facilities. A sun umbrella would have been a good addition as the other garden apartments had one. Very secure. Brillant to have key code access as no worries about losing keys. Air con very effective. Street traffic could be heard as bedrooms located at front of property. Late check in time no facility for left luggage. Supermarket very close by. Lovely beach a short walk away. Would highly recommend and use again if holidaying in the area

A good and well-maintained accommodation that offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy your time. However, on busy days at the pool, there are noticeably too few loungers available, which can be frustrating if you're hoping to unwind by the water. Additionally, the lack of parasols around the pool area makes it difficult to find shade and take a break from the sun something that would greatly improve the overall experience.
