“Convenient location midway between Paris and our final destination, Sancerre. Rural area, very quiet, very clean, plenty of parking, well maintained, friendly people, nice continental breakfast.”

“You get what you pay for and F1 hotels are definitely budget. This hotel is in need of a refurb, but it is good value. Staff are friendly, parking is great and breakfast traditional french continental, but fine and all you can eat.”

“Väldigt fint rum och fräscht.”

“Excellent séjour, recommandé pour tout !!!”

“The swimming is quite small than I expected. But it was ok.”

“I had such an amazing time staying at this house! the owner is soooo kind and helpful and i made some friends as well! the breakfast was prepared by the owner and it was delicious!!! she used fresh tomatos from her garden and it was absolutely amazing! the house was incredibly clean and the air conditioning was soooo nice! if i ever find myself on this side of france again i will absolutely be staying here again!!!!!”

“The location is fantastic - with views of the Fontainebleau Chateau and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room was elegantly appointed, very clean, and thoughtfully presented. The beds were very comfortable and the room contained eerything we needed. We easy found uber rides to get to Vaux le Vicompte and Barbizon. Our host Philip and his brother were perfect hosts, this hotel having been in their family for 3 generations - they have kept it traditional and yet have...
