“We had an issue with guests across the hall (child crying for over an hour- not their fault, it happens) so asked if we could switch rooms and the staff did so with zero problems. Appreciatedthe sugar free syrup for the waffles at breakfast. Room was clean. Overall a good stay.”

We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate.”
