"We were extremely happy with are stay, everyone was so courteous and happy to be serving us. The hotel itself is amazing,clean, are room was very nice everyday bed made without asking which is rare. Sat on the deck overlooking the bay eating, and enjoying the warm breeze. Great entertainment the last night we were there. Definitely the place to stay in Virginia Beach. Thank you for your wonderful service."

"Room was spacious and comfortable. Balcony ocean view was perfect. Parking was atrocious. Only a dozen spots with only 2 handicapped spots. Otherwise it was a 2 block walk to park in a reserved lot. No breakfast available but bar attached had really good food and bar servers were great. Very convenient to nice restaurants. Hotel needs new room carpets. Mattresses could use an update too."

"Over all had a great stay. 8th floor air conditioners had condensation draining onto the balcony, No coffee pot but had the coffee and condiments. Staff was friendly and courtious. I would definitely stay again. Third year in row staying here for air show and vaction."

"The room I stayed in was clean and I did not see any bugs. The room had a small coffee pot, ironing board/iron. The hairdryer was broken, but was no big deal since I had my own with me. I requested a non smoking room and my room did not smell like smoke. The facility should maintain the air conditioners as the filters were quite dirty. Most staff seemed friendly. Only 1 instance where I reported the milk was sour at breakfast, and the attendant just shrugged his shoulders and never replaced it. Breakfast was coffee/tea, 2 choices of dry cereal, oatmeal, bananas/apples, yogurt & toast. The pool area was very nice. I read many negative comments about this location and just wanted people to know it wasn’t as bad as I read. Seems to be an older facility, but was clean and comfortable."
