Location was nice. Shouldn't have had to pay extra for parking after I paid $330 for 1 night stay. Balcony had chunks of concrete all over it and the lobby was not clean.

The blinds had nasty stuff on them. The couch provided in the room was stained and dirty. On the 5th floor, there is a wall that is completely open with no insulation or anything.

We liked that we had access to our car, 24/7. The ocean view was acceptable, just not as described. The hotel itself is dirty, with water dripping from the ceiling in the main lobby. The elevators are disgusting, looking old and not maintained. No one at the front desk was friendly or personable. In our room, the curtains were not hung properly and blocked the AC unit. There was a crack in our bathroom ceiling, which was dripping what we hope was water during our last night. Overall, the photos on the website do not accurately reflect the condition of the facility. Additionally, there is a pool on the facilty property with a bar that is open to the public. Not sure whose idea it was to have a bar next to a pool where children are swimming and playing. Not a good family setting.

Filthy and roach infested! The photos are clearly from years ago, because there are stains on the carpets, walls, curtains... everywhere. There was a dirty q-tip pn the bathroom floor under the sink, and trash as well as blood on the floor of the elevator. The plaster on the walls was missing chunks and there were cigarette butts in the pool. The pool and "aqua club" were supposed to shut down at 10/11 pm but remained open past midnight. Parking is advertised as 10$ per night but wss raised to $50 because of an event. Finally, I waited 20 minutes for my room key, only to get to my room, unpack and get settled before other guests tried to get in. They were assigned the same room and given access while I was still in there!! The front desk called and told me I had to pack up and move after this happened, rather than reasign the guests who hadn't yet gitten settled. Huge invasion of my privacy. Would NEVER stay here again! I highly disuade others from staying here to. Absolute trash!!!

Nothing special about the property. Lady at checkin was nice. Lobby was filthy, floors were dirty. Needs a good scrubbing. The elevators seriously needed cleaning. I was afraid to touch the buttons. It creaked and shooked. The carpet in hallway was filthy. The room was nice. Not enough towels and no towel holders in the bathroom. The balcony was a nice size but needed cleaning. Didn’t trust the breakfast so we ate elsewhere.
