"The hotel was nice and the staff were helpful with the exception of the young kid that drove the shuttle to and from the airport. This young kid (he looked like a skater boy) was so rough on my luggage that he broke one of the wheel of my bag when he slammed it into the pavement when he retrieved it from the back of the shuttle."

"Great location, super helpful. My main concern is related to elevators. When we arrived the parking garage guest elevator was not functioning. We used the staff elevator which was fine, but it was concerning to me later. The main door to the hotel requires a key to access which is great for security, but by using the staff elevator I realized it does not require a key. Anyone can walk in off the street, enter the staff elevator not far from road, without a key and access all floors of the hotel after hours which no staff are on property. My only complaint or concern."
